I started reading this book on the first day of our trip.....and I cannot put it down!!! The same author wrote the Da Vinci Code which was absolutely great! The story takes place in Rome, and it has been so cool to see some of the same monuments and locations that were identified in the book.
The only bad part was we went on a sight-seeing tour yesterday and the tour guide actually pointed out the "secret lair" of the Illuminati ***SPOILER ALERT***which is the ENDING OF THE BOOK!!! Who the heck needs to finish reading books when you have tour guides like this!!!??
I tried to cheer myself up a bit and rented a Segway to ride around the Castle of Angels - the secret lair that was revealed at the end of the book (and by my wonderful tour guide). Good grief!

I read Angels and Demons too! Amazing to be there at the same time and have it all come together. Love all your pics, we'll have to compare. -Keri
