We visited the walled city of Rothenburg today...very cool! It is known for its Christmas shops and also for SCHNEEBALLS! What is a schneeball? It is basically a stale donut that falls apart as you eat it. Needless to say, we were very disappointed with our morning snack!
We also saw the town of Heidelberg and toured a palace. Some things over here are amazing....and others aren't. We've seen a little of both the past week.
Off to Munich next. We stopped at the biggest palace we've ever seen! It actually took me 7 full snapshots to get the entire palace on my camera. Jenesa got friendly with the swans.....(palace in background)
We managed to pass the headquarters of BMW.
And spent the afternoon in the downtown Marienplatz and saw the Glockenspiel performance.
